Digitization of Census Forms for creation of NPR

•Executed digitization of census forms n National Population Register (NPR) as a part of Pilot for UT Chandigarh, NPR URBAN for Haryana, NPR Rural for Haryana 8 Himachal
•Total volume involved was of 3Cr populations. Projects were successfully implemented in given time frame showing quality of man power engaged
•The scope of the project included recruitment of man power. training and managing large teams of people working in remote parts of a state The program was undertaken over 18 months and a total 2500 operators and 250 OC supervisors were engaged in the ratio of 1.10 ensuring and maintaining expected higher level of data quality. The digitized data is to be used during_bio- metric data capturing for UIDAI a prestigious initiative taken by GOI.
Digitization of PDS Application Forms (Pilot) for Public Distribution System Haryana

-Successfully executed digitization of ration cards application forms for TCS & Vakrangee consortium currently implementing PDS in the Stale cl Haryana. The project is to replace paper ration card into Smart Cards Sanctity of the project lies in accurate capturing cl demographic data during Digitization of physical forms
-Established two dedicated data encoding centers at Panchkula and Sonipat in Haryana. A total of 150 skilled data entry operators are involved in the project. Total volume was around 15 Lac individuals including family forms.

•We have done enrollment of residence as per UIDAI guidelines on behar of Ws Vakrangee for Union Bank of India. Successfully enrolled around 10 Lac residents in Punjab, Haryana and UT Chandigarh.
-The scope of the project included recruitment of man power, SIFI certification as per UIDAI guidelines, training and managing end to end UID enrolment encompassing public awareness, printing of enrolment forms. printing of ICT material, UID enrolment of residents and uploading to CIOR for generation of UID number.
